Jamming

    As I'm working on jotform recently it keeps, jamming why is this?

    Can you provide further information on what exactly happens? We will need detailed information on the issue to take a deeper look into the problem. If you can provide a screenshot, details of the browser used and error message if there is any would be much appreciated.

    I can't really help you on that. Just recently when I go into my account and Im working on a form all of a sudden it wont let me go any further or save the work i have done, and then it jams, and a sign comes up saying I must get in touch with yourlseves.

     

    And then after that when I get out of Jotform its not allowing me to log in again sometimes for hours last time has been a week.

    Can you take a screenshot of that message if it happens again?I think you are getting logged out while modifying your page. My recommendation would be to open another tab and log back into your jotform account.
