Hi. I did post earlier stating that some of my participants received an error message upon submission. We took a shot of the error last night. Our lab has recently switched to jotforms. However, if this problem keeps happening, we can't afford to lose the data.

Please provide to us the URL of the page where you're experiencing this so we can figure out what's wrong with your form.

Please accept our sincere apologies.
Unfortunately, I was not able to reproduce the problem from my side. It is possible that there was some system glitch.
If the issue still persists from your side, please provide us with the exact steps to reproduce it. Then, we will be happy to proceed with the further investigation on this matter.
We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Can you please try using http://www.jotform.com/form/xxxxx naming convention for your JotForm script embed instead of http://form.jotform.com/form/xxxx ?
Let us know if that helps or if you dont exactly understand what i mean.

I will change the link tonight and let you know. Thank you! The only plausible hypothesis that our group came up with was whether this happens as a result of various people submitting the form at the same time.I have several participatns in the same room which are all required to submit their essays as soon as the time is called. Please let me know if you suspect this could be the cause.

Thanks for your understanding.
Concurrent submittals should be OK. I have seen very occasional issues with the form.jotform.com naming convention, anecdotally speaking, using www.jotform.com does tend to resolve them. Without going into too much boring detail, each (type of) address is cached globally slightly differently.
So i would really appreciate any sort of feedback if this change does help, so I can submit a more detailed bug report for our developers to have a look at.
