Switching form language does not work

I edited a document from English to Spanish using the preferences tab, but cannot view it in Spanish.

In the preferences tab, I edited the form, but after I save each section the form still appears on English. How can I view it in Spanish?

I can see a Spanish version of your form #50575092488161. Are you referring to some other form? If yes, please provide us with the form name/ID.
