Thank you for reporting this to us. I will raise this to our developers so that they can take a look at it and see what the issue is.
Based on the image I believe that this is the jotform in question: http://www.jotform.us/form/50147032806144
Once there is an update in regards to this we will notify you about it through this thread.
Yes this is the form in question for this! thank you!!
Upon investigation your issue i found a bug and fixed it. Your PDF form looks much better now. Thanks for your feedback!
Meanwhile, at the moment we do nt support background in PDF forms.
The logo where it says loan application is now missing? ( see screen shot attached) is there no way to get that added on there? and do you guys believe you will have at some point background supported?
The reason why the Load Application is not shown is that the image is added as a background, not through the Image field.
If you remove the CSS code for the logo and add the image through the Image field, it will print it out properly:
You can see it on this clone of your jotform:
This is how it looks when printed:
You can clone it to your account by following these steps: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL
I seem to have missed your other part of the question about the background color. I have moved this to a new thread so that we can raise this as a separate issue and where we would update you if it becomes available.
