    Unable to access account and form's were disabled

    Hi,

     

    For some reason our form is disabled (http://form.jotformeu.com/form/50703666573358). Also my useraccount seems to be non-existant anymore? i did not disable my account, not did i cross any thresholds as far as i know...

    Base on my checks, I can see that your form was created under a guest account. I would recommend that you provide a username if you have already created an account or you can have one created and we will have your forms transferred to that account: http://www.jotform.com/signup 

    Now, I checked and your guest account was suspended. I was not able to find any discrepancies but I did however found that one of your forms was created in Dutch. I would recommend that you have the form created in English and use our language translation feature to convert text to Dutch.

    the strange thing is, i did subscribe with the username harperjones. I get a mail stating that a user was created, but i cant log in?

    Upon checking the username harperjones and your email c**po*a*e@harperjones.nl, I see you did create an account. I'm not sure what caused the problem, but I'll escalate this immediately to our back end team so that they can further investigate it and so that  your account can be fixed.

    Hi,

     

    I'm sorry to say that i still can't log in to the account. Since i tried creating it with two passwords i tried both, but no succes. When i try to reset my password i get redirected to the "Complete signup for your guest account page", and nothing further happens.

    If i fill in this form, the internal form check will say that the name harperjones is ok, but when i submit the form, it will also say that the username is already in use.

    I hope you can fix this!
