Do we need a subscription to create fillable PDFs?

Hello, I was curious how the fillable PDF form app works? I would like to make one or two forms but that is all I'd need. Would I just pay for one month, create the forms and be done? Or do you need a ongoing subscription to use the forms once they are made? I have tried other software for creating PDFs but it didn't work quite well, took forever and wouldn't highlight boxes correctly or allow for boxes larger than one line. I have created a form that I want to make and I'll send a screen shot of it so you can see what I mean. (The address bar is larger to accommodate a full address but this app only allowed one line of text and once it was out of the box it was gone)

No, you do not need the subscription to use fillable PDFs as long as the submitted data does not pass the limits of the free plan (see our pricing page).

If you are going to use the PDFs as prints then you do not need any subscription at all, you could just create the form and export it to a file and leave the account as it is.
