What is the css code for changing the unique question text? Thanks in advance! The theme and text do not match the rest of my forms.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to override existing text with css injected text.
To do that the only way you can full modify it is if the editor lets you such as when you are using the formbuilder to change your edited labels or via the form source code which you would then need to embed to show the updated text correctly.
The only thing you can do with text currently via css is setting the text before or after. Here's an example of that below.
