Our Frankfort form is not accepting photos taken on my via mobile devices-- it is saying they are too big, when in fact, they are 1024 kb or less.

A bit more information-- we are using the "Upload a file" widget-- specifically, we are using this form on mobile devices only. The client is launching the app using this form to the public on March 23, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

I test your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/50356722587158 but so far I could not reproduced yet the issue of not being able to upload on the form.

I was able to test submit the form and upload a file successfully. In my test the uploaded file was about 3MB in file size.

I did noted a bit of an inconsistency on the form which I think may also cause issue on some cases. In the form, the max upload size set was more than the maximum 1000000 KB (1 GB) allowed for the upload field in the form. Currently, the number I see is at 1048576 KB (1.04 GB)

I suggest you update the max file size number and set it to the correct value. Even better if you can also lower it (less than 1 GB) since you intend to use the form on mobile devices.

Please try as suggested and check again. Let us know if the issue still persist even after doing the suggested resolution.

    Thank you.
