Layout of the fillable PDF is not the same as the web version of my form

    Hi!

    So...trying to create the pdf and it came out really ugly.  Lots of spacing issues and just not great.  Also, look at the time box - very strange.  Help!

    I made a few tests using a cloned version of your form and was able to determine that the form looked that way because the width is 850px which is larger than a paper. So, in order to fix it I enabled the form columns in the form designer and used 2 columns and that make the look of the PDF version of the form more similar to the web version
