Fillable PDF Form Creator: Errors and corrupted PDF file when downloadedAsked by tommy on March 16, 2015 at 06:13 PM
I used to be able to convert the online forms i have into pdf files however lately i am experience either errors in creating the pdf file or the pdf file being corrupted after downloading them. Was sometihng change or is there something i need to update?>
We just got an update from our developers and they have just announced a new feature, the JotForm's Fillable PDF Form Creator. You can learn more about it here: https://www.jotform.com/fillable-pdf-form-creator/. There might still be some possible bugs, just like what you are experiencing right now.
Unfortunately, I can't seem to reproduce the corrupted PDF file, but I do see that the formatting changes. Here's a sample of it, I've cloned your form and converted it to a fillable form.
You can check the fillable PDF version of the form here: https://shots.jotform.com/charlie/Clone_of_TOBI_Extension_Request_Form.pdf
Could you first try logging out and logging back in before creating again a PDF version of your form? See if you are still having problems after that. But I will already escalate this to our developers so that they are aware of what you are experiencing.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
We made a couple of fixes today, this issue should be fixed. Thanks for your feedback.
