How to set up my jotform to send an email with all submissions made at a specific timeframe?

    1. They ARE receiving the staff apps as they come in. However, there are some that came in before I had the email addresses right, so they haven't approved those earlier ones. And, related to this, if the they miss an email, and don't get to it right away, they might miss it completely. SO, is there way I make it so they can see all the apps at once and approve and make comments?

We have a great app to integrate to the jotform to allow you to do just that.

It will allow you to either send all emails on a daily level, weekly and the monthly time frame.

You can of course change that as you see required.

This is the app Daily Digest

Do test it out and see if that would work for you.

Of course, you would need to remove the email notifiers when you do so, in order to not send them emails as the submissions come in.

An alternative might be to use Mandrill I believe that they would allow you to set up the emails in a similar manner, but I did not test this so far nor have heard if anyone was using it.

It however seems feasible looking at this link: Schedule a message to be sent at a specific time.

Has support for this been abandoned? I'm trying to set up a weekly email for a specific form and I'm getting this error.

    E-mail has been sent to

I have moved your question to a new thread where we will be assisting you shortly: http://www.jotform.com/answers/760116

I do only want to say that the support is still provided for the same and that the app is still working, but I will mention more on your thread where I would like to ask you to reply instead of this thread.
