Just tried your new fillable PDF form creator, result pretty lame actually.

Headings are pixellating - Im assuming they are being rendered as a graphic in the PDF form.

Selection bullets in forms dont come across, neither do paypal forms so this is pretty useless.

Please generate your own PDF copy & you will see what I mean.

Any suggestions how to get this working will be much appreciated.

Thank you for reporting this to us.

I created a pdf for your form and was able to see what your mean regarding the missing radio buttons.

I was able to determine that this seems to happen when the text contains a forward slash (/) character in it, once it's removed the radio buttons are displayed.

Let me pass this along to our development team so they can take a closer look at it and provide assistance. You'll be notified here once an update regarding this matter shows up.

    Thank you.

    Hi Mark,

We have great news for you!

We have just released a Fillable PDF Form Creator.

It should work on most standard fields including radio buttons and check boxes. Even matrix tables are supported.

Your feedback will be very much appreciated.
