How to get the submission data in the PDF version of form?

Asked by eroussel on March 16, 2015 at 11:22 PM

    Hi Team

I was wondering if there was a way of exporting forms in PDF that kept the format as is. For example when you look at submission it loses the template and provides you with just the data. But if you click on edit it puts the information in the sent format.

    Hello Eric,

If I understand your question correctly, you want to display the submission data in PDF format but retain the form layout. Is that correct?

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to display the submission data in PDF version of form. One possibility is to convert your form in PDF format. Please be noted that just released the "Fillable PDF Form". Your users can now save the filled PDF locally or even submit it directly by clicking the submit button of the PDF form. Users can save the filled PDF and send it to you.

    Hope this answers your query.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
