download submissions: xls does not contain all columns

    Dear JotForm Team

    When I try to download the submissions of my form, xls export does not contain all columns (A-J instead of A-AT). CSV contains the missing columns, however, special caracters are not displayed correctly.

    Hi Oma,

    I've downloaded your submissions to an excel file and I couldn't replicate the problem. I was able to get all the column:

    You need to scroll to the right in order to view the other columns. Kindly try it again and send us a screenshot if the problem persists to your end.
