I've run into an issue of labels in my matrix running into each other and into the radio buttons. Any ideas on how I can fix this? Thanks!
I cloned your form to test it and I was able to reproduce the issue of your matrix label being displayed on top of the radio button for the matrix:
I have forwarded this to our development team to have a closer look. We will let you know as soon as we have a resolution.
I just fixed this issue and if your PDF form should be fine when you re-created. Thanks for your feedback.
