Please see attached screenshot. This is a file that was uploaded and we see this error trying to open. Can you explain with this means so we can tell our client.

I have tried to re-upload the file internally, but the system was not able to do so. It is most likely that the file was not properly uploaded to our storage. If possible, please ask your client to re-upload the file.
