we are looking for a quick tool to ease our software development process by using a form creator that can connect to our existing databases.
Please advice if you provide such product.
we are intrested in solution that can hosted on premise.

Sorry to say but connecting your form directly to your database isn't supported in JotForm, but here are some other ways that you can indirectly integrate your JotForm form submissions into your database.
A) Use the Send Form Post Data feature to add the data to your database indirectly. You will need to write some PHP (or other programming language) server side code to insert the data to your database.
B) Export your form submissions into an Excel/CSV File and import it into your database. For instructions on how to export submissions in JotForm,please click here.
C) Purchase the JotForm Application License. This way you can have complete control over your data. You can also customize the source code according to your needs.
