For the most part it worked. However, when I bring up the PDF it shows funny marks at all my drop down boxes and it has completely omitted my pricing check boxes. I will not be able to use this right now.
Also, is there anyway for me to upload the form to my website so customers can fill it out but then they have to print it....not submit it?
Thank you for creating such a wonderful product :)

Could you please give us a screenshot of the issue so that we can better understand what might be going on?
Also, if you do not mind telling us what is the program that you use to open the fillable PDF file?

Dear JotForm Support,
I seem to have a similar problem. When I create the fillable pdf of my form, I can download and save it to my computer, but as soon as I try opening it I get an error message that says that Adobe Reader could not open the form as it is not a supported file or was maybe damaged. My assumption is that I need more than the Adobe Reader to work with the pdf creator that jotform offers, right?
Thanks for your help.

Since this is not the same issue, I have moved your response to a new thread that you can find here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/556166. We will be replying to it shortly and help you with what is causing the issue.
