Can I delete submitted forms with out submitting the form?

After I get a form submission how do I just delete the submission and not the whole form?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you want to delete the submissions you have received in your form?

Here are the steps to delete a submission record of your form:

1. Go to your form's submission page. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions 

2. Select the submission you want to delete and then click on the delete button from the top right corner. Please check the screenshot below:

Please be noted that it is also possible to delete all the submission together by clicking on the "Delete All Submissions" button which is above the submission grid. Please check the screenshot below:
