Creating and submitting form themes

Hello

I privately created one and now I dont know how to submit the finished form.

Can you see your theme here? (http://www.jotform.com/theme-store/mythemes). I created a theme and I was able to save it. Please choose privacy method whether it will be publish on theme store or show only to you.

In order for the theme to be submitted properly, please follow this guide (http://www.jotform.com/blog/118-Submit-Your-Form-Designs-to-the-Theme-Store)

Also, please try the following:

1. Clear your browser cache.

2. Close and re-open your browser.

3. Make sure you are logged in to you JotForm account.

4. Make sure that only 1 tab is open for the Form Designer

5. Don't forget to save the changes
