Request to downgrade from Premium to Free.

    I request to cancel my premium service now and go back to free membership.

    This is in reference to Order: 62270220.

    Hi Brad,

    We have downgraded your account for you. You will no longer be billed in the future unless you upgrade your account once again. The downgrade will take effect on 2011-11-06.
