I wanted to know the file size which can be uploaded or the picture size?Is there a way to send email to all the respondents who fill the form automatically? We will be using this at an exhibition centre. The internet speed there is quite slow. Is it a good idea to use jotform? or can these be filled offline and later uploaded when online?

If you have a File Upload field in your form and you would like to change the allow maximum file size there, you can check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit. It also has information on file size upload for storage services that we support, like Dropbox.
You can check our apps page here regarding 3rd party file sharing and storage services that we have integration with: http://apps.jotform.com/category/file_sharing_and_storage.
We advise our users to open new threads for each question or concern that they have, I went ahead and created separate links for them. Please refer to these for updates:
We will address to them shortly.
I hope that helps.
