Hi,
I am trying to create a fillable pdf from my form http://www.jotform.me/form/41576253674461
by I keep getting this message:
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,

Could you please try to make a fillable PDF now Lilli? I have just tried and it was working properly for me.
Do let us know if you by some chance get the same or some other error.

It still doesn't work. did you do it from the "create a fillable PDF page"?
I tried it with another form I have and it worked fine. just this one has this problem - what does it mean when it says "this XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it"? maybe this is what's wrong with my form?
thanks,
Lilli

Hi again,
I managed to create something that looks like a fillable PDF from my form by going to "more" while chosing my form and then choosing "create pdf form". But although it seems as if you can fill it out, I was
a. unable to save the filled out form and
b. unable to submit it
So I am not sure that I created the pdf properly.
any ideas?
Thanks,
Lilli

I was able to create a fillable PDF version of your form that can be saved and submitted. You can download it here: https://shots.jotform.com/raul/535357/Colleagues039_Profile_Update.pdf
Can you please try to clear your browser's cache and try to generate the file again?
Let us know if the issue persists.
Thanks.
