Why is my jotform not functioning properly after being embedded on my website?

could you please find a reason why my form "Заполните форму Ваше идеи" stop operation. I try to input information but all of the functions are "frozen".

You've mentioned that your jotform isn't working on your website after being embedded but the link to the page url you gave us below is not working.

I checked your jotform account but I don't see any issues here so most likely you need to make sure you are choosing the correct embed code that is right for your website. If that doesn't work then when all else fails try an iframe since most likely you are experiencing a conflict between your website scripts and your form scripts and that will prevent that problem from happening.
