I've had one submission to my form--I know this because I got an email from Paypal. But when I look at the form in Jotform it says I have zero submissions, and my Excel file does not show any data.

I checked your account and indeed, your submissions are not completing. This is due to the payments being incomplete:
This usually means there is a problem with your PayPal account being able to accept the payments or something of that nature. Usually it has to do with improperly setup IPN settings.
If the steps referenced in the guide above still do not allow for your payments to come through and your submissions to go through completely, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
