    Unable to receive notification emails

    Hello,

     

    I created a form but I have not received any of the form submissions to the email address I have specified in the "Recipient Email" section. I have attached an image of what my notifier settings appear as. Please help.

    Hi,

    The email address on the recipient is not in the bounce list. I also checked the mails logs and I can see that the submissions were sent successfully. You can use this guide if you want to know how to check your form email history.

    I can see that your notification is setup properly. I will clear your form's cache so that your form will be refresh from our servers. 

    Please check your spam folders. I would advised you to please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses.
