When editing submissions, fields that do not normally show when the form is originally submitted are showing.

I have a relatively simple form.  When one particular field contains specific entries, certain other fields on the form are shown or hidden via JotForm conditions.  But when I go in to edit those submissions, the fields that are supposed to be hidden show up as I edit.  The conditions do not seem to prevail during the edit.

Is this the way it should be?

    Hi,

While editing submissions, the whole form is shown.  Hidden fields and all.  There is not currently a way to hide fields while editing submissions.  Essentially, the form is loaded the same is it is in the form builder, then the data for that specific submission is loaded to the form.  The usage is slightly different from the web facing version of your form.
