The Save Theme process is not working on form

Asked by coastsideservices on March 18, 2015 at 01:24 PM

I was able to successfully save 1 of my 2 themes.

    1. I click on the themes link at the top of the page.

    2. I click on My Themes

    3. I Click on New Theme

    4. I select the form with the theme I want to save and click the Create Theme button

    5. I select the "Show only to me" choice (not to publish)

    4. I name the theme and provide a description

    5. I click the Save theme button...

And nothing happens, its like the button is non-responsive.

I move to another computer and with the exact same results in firefox, chrome and safari. Yes I have cleared cache, even closed and reopened the app.

I have also noted that the site is very slow loading, even stating that my form must be huge... which it isn't.

On another side note, the themes I have created are screwed up little... as the original background is still there and cannot be removed, from the original form I created before you changed to the new designer.

Here is the resulting Java console message:

jquery.min.js?d2g9qbzl5h49rh.cloudfront.net:3 The specified value '!' does not conform to the required format.  The format is '#rrggbb' where rr, gg, bb are two-digit hexadecimal numbers.

    Thank you for contacting us.

I was able to reproduce the issue on a cloned version of your form, so it seems to be form specific issue. I suspect that it might be somehow related to original theme installed on form (it seems to be picking up the original name with description).

A bug report ticket has been attached to this thread and escalated to our Development Team.

We will let you know once we have any updates on this.

I might also mention the form loads with the original form graphic still present at the top of the page... so I think there definitely is a problem with the old form accepting the new them in its entirety

I have recreated a new form based on the old one (without cloning) from scratch and was able to save the theme without issue, which again pretty much confirms that the form in question has a problem involving the old theme. thanks for the great work and quick response...
