I've been using jotform for enrollment forms and the online versions have worked well, except when I save the submissions as pdfs for our records, all of the text for the form disappears. This is for things like signing consents, so it's kind of meaningless when the submission has a signature with no text to show what they're signing.
So I was excited to use the printable pdf to solve this problem. Unfortunately the pdf is coming out all mess up. It's a mix of fillable fields and what looks more like screenshots, and chunks of the form are all out of place. Any ideas how to make it work? I'm wondering if the form is too big or if there's too much text in it?

Now in regards to your jotform - it is quite big.
The new fillable PDF feature is amazing and I know that you would like it as well if the form was smaller, but with bigger forms there are still some issues.
Do note however that this is only the first version of the fillable PDFs so while it might not be possible to print them out today it will probably be in a near future and for that reason I will raise this to our developers so they will update you as soon as the issue is resolved.
