    Hello vintageoar,

I did check the notification email alert of your form and did not find any issue with that. You should be receiving the submission emails without any problem to your email address stay@vintageoar.com.au.

I did check our email logs and found that the emails are being sent successfully. Please check few of the last email logs:

    [2015-03-18 21:11:23] Submission #302536682451622170 Form #42758531241857 SENT to stay@vintageoar.com.au from noreply@jotform.com via AMAZONSES [2015-03-18 20:39:40] Submission #302534779451418579 Form #42658495473872 SENT to stay@vintageoar.com.au from noreply@jotform.com via AMAZONSES [2015-03-18 20:37:49] Submission #302534668451954207 Form #42658495473872 SENT to stay@vintageoar.com.au from noreply@jotform.com via AMAZONSES

Have you checked your spam folder already? I would suggest you to check your spam folder and see if the emails ended up there.

I would also suggest you to speak to your email service provider and ask them to whitelist our domain names which will ensure the delivery of emails. The following guide should help you grab the list of domain names which needs to be whitelisted: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

Please be noted that you can use your own email address to send submission emails. You should create a Custom Sender email in your account. The following guides should help you:

    Thank you!
