Images are not showing up, pagination/margins are wrong, headings/text completely missing, certain text is rendered super tiny for no reason. I've tried different PDF viewers. Some of my forms do it + others with similar aspects do not. I have removed any jotform plugins from my forms before converting them to PDFs.

I cloned your form and created a fillable pdf form. I was able to replicate your issue. The headings are not showing, the texts are distorted and the images are not showing.
I will forward this thread to our developers so that they can investigate about the issue. We will update you via this thread once an update is available.
Thank you for your patience.

It's been 5 days....no response. My clients are losing the data they input in the jotforms when they return using the session ID created via Jotform Forum instructions. It's happening to 100% of my clients. I'm desperately seeking a new solution + I need it QUICK. I was hoping this fillable PDF thing would prevent me from having to re-create my entire event planning system :-( Any news whatsoever? Can I get a partial refund on the paid jotform acct I have since it does not work for the main reason I purchased it for? Thanks-Staci

Our developers are working on the issues related to fillable PDFs all the time, but such a long form will not work the same way as the smaller ones.
What I would suggest is to create several other forms based on this one and make PDF forms from them - that is if you need to have fillable PDFs.
I would actually always suggest using the jotform with the direct link since that will not require you to have a website plus it can be filled out over any device with internet access.
If you still want a refund and our online forms would not work for you do let us know and we would be happy to assist, but for now long forms will not be possible to create as fillable PDFs without having some issues such as the ones you had.
Please take a look at this guide for more info: Fillable PDF - Everything you need to know about JotForm fillable PDF creator

Thanks for your reply. I'm looking into my options. The other issue is that I created + tested the forms on PC. My employee tried them on her Mac + said she could not fill in the forms--they were not fillable on her end. Any info on that? -Staci

Yes, that is one of the reasons why we suggest web forms instead of fillable PDFs because by design Mac users and users with mobile devices will have issues filling out the fillable PDF.
'By design' I mean that this is true for any fillable PDF, not only the ones created by JotForm.
On the other hand, if you have access to internet that is all you would need for web forms, while they can be printed, saved and connected to many many other apps and services online.
