    Hello ivanpms,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    It must be a temporary issue. I did try to edit your form and I was able to save it successfully. I did not see any error message. Please check the screenshot below:


    I would suggest you to try to save your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

    I was able to reproduce the problem in my end. I added a new notification and clicked the "save" button and I get this error message:


    I also deleted the existing notifications and added new ones, but it seems that whenever I'm adding a 6th notification I'm getting the said error. 

    I will need to escalate this to our developers so that they can take a closer look. We'll update you when we hear any news.
