    My account is showing Overlimit Warning but I don't have anything on my account

    Hi,

    My login is bkhinson. I received a message that my upload space limit has been reached. I checked the submissions on the forms and there is nothing in storage. How do I clear the storage?

    Hello Bill

    I checked your account and you don't have submissions saved and you also don't have files on the trash folder:

    When did you erase the submissions? The available space does not update immediately, so this can be the normal time to update.

    For now the account is active but we'll wait for more details to investigate further this situation.

    Hello Carina,

    Thanks for the help. No submissions have been submitted for months. They have been erased for months. So not sure why there is content in the storage space.

    Sorry about that. I do see there is indeed an issue. I've tried to fix it for you and it appears to be working normally now.

    I can also attest to this happening on one of my test accounts as I have seen it happen before but it was only temporary and went away after a little while. We do deeply apologize about this.

    If you continue to see this problem occur just let us know and we'll send a report about it to our developers to have it investigated further.
