We have 2 forms that have google drive integration turned on, andf have been working for nearly a year. Last month, they started working intermittently, as of today, integration into Google Drive is NOT working.
Can you suggest some fixes.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Are you using google App account?
I would suggest you to try to re-integrate your form again with google drive and see if that helps you. You may like to take a look at the following guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/192-How-to-Integrate-a-Form-with-Google-Drive

Are you still not receiving your submissions to your Google Drive account? So far I have tested an integration and it works fine now.

If in case you have not done any reintegration with your form to Google Drive as of yet, please do not bother doing the process. We have managed to fix the cause of this and your form's integration should work fine again.
