My form, Customer Agreement Waiver was working perfectly. But, it suddenly stopped loading submissions to my Google Drive on 3/18/15.The submitted forms are showing up fine when I log into JotForm.
I checked to make sure that I wasn't out of space on my Google Drive. I'm also under the 100 monthly submissions limit for my Free JotForm account. Please advise.

Our Development Team has been informed about the Google Drive integration issue. We hope to fix it in the nearest time.

As of checking, it appears that old tokens no longer work with Google Drive. So as suggested by Ashwin, you will need to reintegrate your form with Google Drive.

If in case you have not done any reintegration with your form to Google Drive as of yet, please do not bother doing so. We have managed to fix the cause of this and your form's integration should work fine again.
