Why are my forms disabled when I haven't reached form submission limit?

I reached my limit on sales submissions, but I took the sales part out of my forms, and I haven't reached the form submission limit, yet they are disabled. I don't understand. I barley had time to test them to see how well they will intergrate in my website. I would like to upgrade, but I haven't had time to test out the forms properly on my website for my 8,109 members. I have lost members and registrations because the form was on my site but disabled and I didnt even know it so I removed them.

Your account received 10 payment submissions and this is why your account was disabled. Since you've removed the payment tool from your forms I was able to re-enable your account and you should be able to work with your forms normally.

Let us know if you're still having any issues.
    Best Regards.
