Upon checking the email you used here, I can't seem to find a JotForm account associated with it. Could you send us your username and which of your forms you are having problems?
Regarding the problem, are you running the forms in your your network? There might be problem sending data outside your network or your Firewall might be blocking us. You can ask your Network admin to check that in your end.
