    I've installed my draft lightbox pop-up on this temporary page:
    http://www.optimisttheatre.org/summer-sponsor-reservations.html

    The code is:
    <script src="//max.jotfor.ms/min/g=feedback2" type="text/javascript">
    new JotformFeedback({
    formId:'50770422370145',
    base:'http://jotform.co/',
    type:false,
    height:500,
    width:700,
    openOnLoad:true
    });
    </script>

    <a href="javascriptDISABLED:void( window.open('http://form.jotform.us/form/50770422370145', 'blank','scrollbars=yes,toolbar=no,width=700,height=500))">Summer Sponsor</a>

    Question:

    Is there any way to get rid of the word "Feedback" in the upper left of the pop-up box?

    Its presence isn't a DEAL-BREAKER, but I'd prefer it not be there.

    Help?
