I have a client who was using your system to take in estimates for their comany. I bellieve the email address they were using was not the right one becasue they never revieced any emails. We are trying to see if we can locate that information so they can reach back to all the clients they missed.
We noticed somthing was wrong when we tired to reset their pass word but they never got a notification. They are worried they've missed tons of business and it would be a huge help if you could help us with this.

firstname.lastname@example.org this is what they email address should have been.
The company is called guthrie and sons. Can you please help me out with this.
I need the email adjusted and the password re set so i can get those emails they missed.

To change the address in your notification emails, you can update them from the form builder:
Currently the notification for your users form is set to go to "C2@2012.emailgs.com":
Change this field to their new address and the notifications should come through.
They can always view the submissions they missed from within their account:
