Some users of a form I created started complaining that after they enter their details, they do not get a Confirmation email. I checked, and I included an auto-respond email. After I tested the form as well, I did not get a confirmation as well. I checked all my email folders - spam, promotions, social, etc. Do you have any idea why does this happen? Thanks a lot in advance!

I just test submitted your jotform https://secure.jotformeu.com/form/50553197524356
and submission was successful as I was able to see the Thank You page.
When I checked my email inbox, I was able to received the Autoresponder 2 email.
I noticed that I did NOT received the Autoresponder 1 email.
I found that it was because there was an issue in your for Autoresponder 1 email setup.
there was no properly assigned E-mail field in the Recipient E-mail box. The auto email will not be able to reached the intended recipient if it does not know the email address.
You can correct this in the Autoresponder 1 email by assigning the Email field.
