Cannot Login

    I cannot login and when i tried to retrieve my password, I received a message saying that my email address cannot be found. I need to edit an exsisting form that is in use. Can someone help me login please?

    Hello Ollie,

    Have you registered for a free JotForm account with username and password before?  I have checked your email address and only found a guest form related to your email address.

    To create a free account, you will see something like this on the left side when you go to My Forms page:

     

    Click the orange Create a Free Account button and go through the process of creating your account. 

    You can also find the long orange button just below the login/password fields:

    Note: Make sure to use the email address that you have used in your form so that the form you have created will be merged to your new free account.
