hey i want to ask if i use your from on your website why i don't get an email or notification to my email ???

any way to make when someone use the contact form to past is question or to inform me in my domain email account ??

Your email settings are correct and you are using Hotmail. The emails are probably in your spam folder so kindly check. 

Then you have to add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your safe sender list. Please follow the steps here:
