Jotform is a great and easy tool to use... BUT I have had problems 1. logging in 2. PAYING and 3. keeping my forms in one account!
I have had to create multiple accounts, have tried paying in diffrent ways with no success.
Great tool but not worth the headaches. Contact Me (which is not as nice as jotform) might have my business for good.Page URL:

We endeavour to make JotFrom as user friendly as possible.
While I am sorry to here of your obvious frustrations, the majority of our users do enjoy hassle free form building.
How many accounts do you have? Have you ever tried clearing your browser caches, cookies, then trying to log in? Maybe try and stay on the one account, rather than creating multiple log ins.
What browser are you using? Have you considered using a different browser?
We are here to help you a find a solution to your problems with JotForm. That solution is probably closer than you think.

I have done all of the above. At one point, I could not log in with my email and password... I still do not know why as I reached out to support with no solution. Yes I also requested password changes etc... Therefore, I created a new account at which point my limit was reached and I had to upgrade. Liking the system and more than happy to upgrade (other than being slightly irritated by my first issue) I went to purchase and was told my purchase did not go through. Suprised I considered something was wrong with my card so I tried another. Same message. After thinking it was a browser issue I then cleared my caches/cookies and tried again. At this point, the system no longer remembered what my login info was therefore I lost form information.
At any rate, I got a fast response in this forum and would hope to recieve the same for support. I have read good reveiws and would still like to purchase the service yet I am unable to do so. My credit cards are valid and have sufficient funds. Has anyone else had problems with this?

I honestly can say, I cant remember anything quite like your situation.
My guess is there some kind of muddle up happening somewhere between whatever accounts you have on JotForm.
Lets try and make sure you are happy with how your account is current set up before looking at what may be going wrong with the upgrade procedure.
What is the ID of your other account(s)? Is deleting them entirely from our server an option?
Is this NMTStrategicMarketing account the one you are settling on? Do you need anything else from those other account(s) ?
Are you happy that the NMTStrategicMarketing account seems to be working ok, (apart from being unable to get an upgrade through ) ?
