Uploaded photos are not always submitted with the rest of the data

Hi.  I created a form that allows the user to attach multiple pictures.  This one is always filled out on a mobile device.  Sometimes, most of the pictures will come through once the form is submitted and other times, only a few of the attached pics will submit.  Is this a mobile device setting issue or something with the way the form is set up?  Thank you!

Could you please tell us which fields are causing this to happen?

I ask since I see that you have the fields to upload more images on every page.

Also, is your jotform being embedded on some page on your website or is it being used by everyone by going directly to the URL above?
