Hello JOTFORM, I have already delete ALL my submissions in the trash. But my upload limit is still the same with the before I delete the submissions (75.09 MB). Can you check my account and fix it? I need it hurry, please, I need help urgently!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked the account associated with the email address provided and it seems that it has not exceeded the file upload limit and it is now 0MB on my end. Are you referring to another account? Can you please provide the email address so we can check and verify it on our end?
