We upgraded our account. How do we re-enable our forms?

    Good afternoon. This is an urgent message and if someone could contact us via phone, that would be great.

    It seems that someone on our end accidentally renewed the account at a lower than needed subscription level. As a result, we were quickly over our quota and our forms have been disabled. Even though we went through the upgrade steps, our forms are still disabled.

     

    How can we quickly re-enable these forms?
