On 1.14.15 we rec'd a notice from you w/ the option to upgrade our plan from $9.95 mo. to $99.75 a yr. We did upgrade on 1.14.15 but are still being billed monthly $9.95 after paying the annual fee. Pls. reverse your Jan., Feb., and March charges in the amt. of $9.95 ea. Thank you.

Can you please share with us the Order reference number for the Yearly subscription? I cannot locate anything related to your account/email email@example.com or to the name Stockton University.

Ok, I've found what happened:Subscription: INT140820-1702-68193S is the monthly premium subscription and it was purchased for account username firstname.lastname@example.org (email@example.com)Subscription: INT150114-6387-74577S is an Economy yearly subscription ($99.75) and it was purchased for account username treadwel (firstname.lastname@example.org)So, these are 2 different accounts, though both are related to 2 email addresses with same domain: @email@example.com
And both subscription were purchased under:Sharon Schulman
Richard Stockton College of NJ
In that sense, this is not a duplicate suscripiton, but I am assuming you wish to keep the one for firstname.lastname@example.org , but want to get the yearly subscription transferred to it.At the same time you wish the monthly one canceled/refunded and have the username treadwel ( email@example.com) back to free.Can you please confirm this is how you wish this to be handled so we can proceed this way?
