    Stockton University is being billed twice

    On 1.14.15 we rec'd a notice from you w/ the option to upgrade our plan from $9.95 mo. to $99.75 a yr.  We did upgrade on 1.14.15 but are still being billed monthly $9.95 after paying the annual fee.  Pls. reverse your Jan., Feb., and March charges in the amt. of $9.95 ea.  Thank you.

    Can you please share with us the Order reference number for the Yearly subscription? I cannot locate anything related to your account/email mattwells41@gmail.com or to the name Stockton University.

    Ok, I've found what happened:

    Subscription: INT140820-1702-68193S is the monthly premium subscription and it was purchased for account username mattwells41@gmail.com  (geoffrey.pettifer@stockton.edu)
    Subscription: INT150114-6387-74577S is an Economy yearly subscription ($99.75) and it was purchased for account username treadwel (lolita.treadwell@stockton.edu)
    So, these are 2 different accounts, though both are related to 2 email addresses with same domain: @stockton.edu

    And both subscription were purchased under:
    Sharon Schulman
    Richard Stockton College of NJ

    In that sense, this is not a duplicate suscripiton, but I am assuming you wish to keep the one for mattwells41@gmail.com , but want to get the yearly subscription transferred to it. 
    At the same time you wish the monthly one canceled/refunded and have the username treadwel ( lolita.treadwell@stockton.edu) back to free.
    Can you please confirm this is how you wish this to be handled so we can proceed this way?
