We will only need to use the jot form program from April - September, we would like to use the premium features but unfortunately do not think it is worth it if we are going to have to pay for the other half of the year that we do not need the program.
Is there anyway to set it up so that you can choose to pay for premium monthly? Or is there a way you can choose which months you need it?

We do indeed have the option for monthly billing:
You can upgrade and downgrade your account at any time without any problems, unless you were over your account limits when you downgraded. Your account and submission data will not be affected by the downgrade.
We have several users that only upgrade for one month a year for vacation rentals and such that are seasonal.
