Users are successfully attaching documents to our form, but sometimes when we go to retrieve them, we get the error from AWS Cloud: Access Denied. See attached.

Were you referring to this attachment in your form http://www.jotform.co/form/50617744678870 submission.
I checked and test downloaded the file using the link, and it was successful.
Please take note that uploaded files in the form take some time also before they become available in your Submission Data. Depending on the server load, the submission uploads get queued first and will take time before it reach your submission storage.
Please check again now if still not available.
