- SpanishPlanetAsked on November 01, 2011 at 01:52 AMHi there!
For some reason I cannot change the font size in the "thank you"-message that appears after submitting the form. If I mark the entire text and try changing its size with the drop-down menue, it only actually changes the first line.
What I want is to have the text of the message in the exact same size as the text used in the actual form.
Can you please help me out?
Thanks in advance!

Can you try to click the HTML button above font size, on the HTML Source Editor Window, remove the following codes highlighted below, check Screenshot:
<span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: small;">
Click Update, and try resizing your Message again.
I hope this helps. Thank you.

With due respect to my colleague, after cloning your form and implementing the changes suggested, the font of the Thank You message was still too small.
Instead of removing the tags highlighted in the screenshot, I would advise that you change the "font-size" value in the first tag from "small" to "large" and in the second from "small" to "12px".
Alternatively, just replace the current Thank You page source with this code which has the same changes.

It looks like you've imlemented a mix of our both of our solutions: You changed the font-size in the first tag from "small" to "medium" and removed the second tag. The result looks quite good to me.

LOL indeed :-) and yes, i am quite happy with the result too. thanks for all your help!!!
ok, will do. but why does jotform, when i click on "embed form", only offer me the direct links http://form.jotform.com/form/12945054515 and https://secure.jotform.com/form/12945054515?
i used the latter to link to the form on my website http://www.spanishplanet.de/jetzt-anmelden/

Both name formats are valid. We see very occasional issues with synchronisation issues on http://form.jotform.com & http://secure.jotform.com, but both naming styles are perfectly acceptable and all point back to the same form.
We continue to use both as they offer a failsafe. If something goes majorly wrong on one sub-domain, e.g the DDos attack last month, we can quickly switch over to the use the other one. It just gives us more flexibility if we are faced with some kind of availability crisis.
